Purchasing Process

To order the products you are interested in you have the following options:

1) Visit our website through the contact form at www.kedima.gr and create a member account that allows you to access wholesale prices and create your order through the wish list.

2) Call our company from Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 (except holidays). There you can chat with our specialized staff, learn more about the product you are interested in and order it by giving the product code.

Note: In case you want a change in your already registered order, you should contact the company on working days and hours.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If any of the goods you ordered are not available, then we will contact you by e-mail or phone to inform you of the possible delivery time. In this case, you have the option, if you consider that this period of time does not satisfy you, to request the withdrawal of the order of the product in question. Any other order of yours can be executed normally.

Delivery time

The execution of your order in its entirety and the delivery of the goods will be carried out, within 2 working days up to a week for all of Greece, with the exception of the cases of non-availability of the products.
